Hollywood Star Delivers Master-Class in Hazelwood

Star of Rocky Bilbao, Geraldine Hughes, visited Hazelwood College to deliver an acting master-class to students.

Home grown actress Geraldine Hughes spoke to eager Drama students about her roles in Rocky Bilbao, ER and a current project with Clint Eastwood.

Geraldine then got the students engaged in Physical Theatre. Students improvised mimes based on their life experiences. Geraldine filmed the students and played back their mimes. In this way acting techniques were enhanced and developed. Students showcased their talent and the Hollywood star honed that talent into film acting technique.

Who can stop these thespians? If Hollywood can come to Hazelwood, Hazelwood can go to Hollywood.
