Practical Work |
|
We spend about half our teaching time involved in practical cookery sessions where the pupils will practice a variety of practical skills such as soup making, making cakes, how to make sauces etc. They use a selection of equipment such as microwaves, multi-cookers, food-processors, electric mixers and hand blenders. They produce a varietry of mouth -watering results which they take home to sample. Try some our most popular recepies - if they get home! |
