Religious Education is a study of our relationship with God, ourselves and others and we aim to find out about:

  • The life of Jesus: we will be looking at some of the key moments in the life of Jesus, and exploring.
  • Morality: how prejudice and discrimination damage our different relationships.
  • The Church: How churches are designed. What happens in Churches, and what the key features of different churches are.
  • World Religions: Judaism and Islam.

We aim to encourage students to consider the unique relationship between God, self and others.

Studying Religion should teach us to value and celebrate our own culture and traditions and that of others, and be accessible to all abilities. It should be relevant, interesting and fun!
