Complaints Procedure

Hazelwood Integrated College is committed to working in partnership with our parents, in the best interests of their children. The purpose of this Complaints Procedure is to address complaints raised by parents/guardians and carers. We will use this information, wherever possible, to help maintain and improve our service. We encourage and welcome all comments and views, both positive and negative. This policy is designed to establish a clear procedure for the resolution of complaints which can be verbal or written.
